I have totally been there, and I am here to help you live your best life!
Currently, I am eating more food than ever. I listen to my body and know the foods that make me feel good. I am maintaining a healthy weight and I feel amazing. I also was able to reduce my migraine episodes, significantly alleviate depression, anxiety, and insomnia.
I have finally learned that a healthy diet and fitness is all about balance.
Living a healthy lifestyle is my passion and I want to help you feel the same!
