My passion for fitness started in 2009 during a life-changing phase in my life.
In 2009, my 12-year marriage came to an end. I was left as a single mother of 2 children, feeling lost and scared. I entered a very dark place suffering from major depression, insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, and migraines.
I saw doctors and was on medication, but the unpleasant side effects from the medicines came with their own troubles.
A New Direction
One of the doctors I was seeing recommended that I exercise regularly. So, I started going for walks in my neighborhood with a friend and changed my diet.
The results were amazing and I felt better than I had ever felt before. I got off all the medications and used exercise as my therapy.
I believe lifestyle changes such as regular exercise and a healthy diet can eliminate a lot of unpleasant mental and physical conditions. I want to empower people to enhance their overall wellness from the inside out.

I have certifications from NASM as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coaching with specializations in weight loss and senior fitness. I have dedicated over 10 years as a wellness coach, empowering diverse communities to embrace healthier lives.
